We have redesigned and improved the Falls of Neuse HOA website!

Our neighborhood is also known as "Saybrook At The Falls" and "Old Saybrook At The Falls". Please use the menu at the top of the page to find more information or contact the Falls of Neuse Homeowners Association if you have any questions.

Members: There is also a new and improved homeowner/member portal. If your email is on file with the HOA, please go ahead and create your new log-in by clicking the blue "Owner Login" button at the top right of this page. The new portal contains members-only information, such as financial statements and meeting minutes, your own account history/status and more, and the ability to pay HOA dues and make requests (such as architectural, etc) online. For security reasons, if your email is not on file with the HOA (or you want to change the email used), you must request a log-in by email to the Board indicating the email you wish to use.

Please note the HOA Board's new email address is Board@thefallshoa.net. The old Gmail address will no longer be used. The Board can also now be reached by phone or text at 919-822-8374.

The EasyHOA app is available in the Play Store and the App Store. Feel free to use it to get information, communicate and even pay dues!

The Board encourages all members to create a log-in to facilitate communication and enjoy the other benefits of this automated management system.

Electronic-only communications OPTION

Apart from registering for the portal, the Board also strongly encourages members to opt in to allow electronic communications only (email, text, phone) for official notices to improve communication and cut down on delays from using postal mail. We hope that everyone opts in and enjoys using our improved portal and communications system. In 2026, we will offer on-line voting to all members opted-in (don't worry, paper ballots will still be provided to those not opted-in). 2025 Elections will be done by mail/paper ballot only.

For the e-communications-only opt-in form online, use the e-form at the very bottom of this page or navigate to Requests | New Requests | Type: Choose "Electronic-Only Communication..." and duly complete, sign and submit. Or to download, fill in and sign the form and return it to the Board via email, click on the link immediately below. To be clear, communicating electronically-only is YOUR option. If you do not opt in, you will continue to receive postal mailings for all of the officially required and can of course converse with the Board by email or text. But life is easier for everyone if you opt in so we hope you will!
